Q: Nature’s snacks do not contain any sugar, so how are they sweet?
A: Nature ’s snacks are sweetened with Maltitol, a reduced calorie bulk sweetener with sugar-like taste and sweetness.
Q: Is Maltitol an artificial sweetener?
A: No, it is member of a family of bulk sweeteners known as polyols or sugar alcohols. It is made by the hydrogenation of maltose which is obtained from starch and has a pleasant sweet taste remarkably similar to table sugar , It does not promote tooth decay and is significantly reduced in calories.
Q. Are Nature ’s snacks suitable for diabetics?
A: Nature's snacks are sweetened with Maltitol which is slowly absorbed. Therefore, the rise in blood glucose and the insulin response is significantly reduced. Because diabetes is complex and its management may vary between individuals, it is recommended that individuals consult their health care provider.
Q: What is gluten? Is there any gluten in your product?
A: Gluten is an elastic protein substance naturally occurring in most grains.
Nature’s products are all gluten-free. Our production plant uses only gluten free ingredients.
Q: What is the source of the protein in most of your products?
A: The protein in Nature’s snack products comes from the natural protein contained in peanuts, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
Q: Is there any MSG (monosodium Glutamate) in Nature’s snacks?
A: No.
Q: Are Nature’s snacks GMO-free?
A: Yes, our products do not contain any genetically modified ingredients.
Q: What kind of fats do Nature's snacks contain?
A: Nature's snacks contain mainly Mono and Polyunsaturated fats and no cholesterol or trans fats. These unsaturated fats are found naturally in plants, such as, sesame and sunflower seeds, peanuts and other nuts and seeds.. and may help lower your blood cholesterol level when used in place of saturated fats in your diet.
Q: How much protein is there in Nature’s snacks?
A: The relatively high protein levels of most of our snacks ranges from 13%-20% .
Q: What about trans fats in Nature’s snacks?
A: All oils contained in Nature’s products are from natural plant sources and therefore contain zero trans fat and are labeled accordingly. Trans fats are formed when vegetable oils are partially hydrogenated during a process in which hydrogen molecules are added to unsaturated (liquid) oils.
Q: Can children eat Nature’s snacks?
A: Yes our products are suitable for children they are sweetened with Maltitol that does not promote tooth decay or cause a sudden increase in blood glucose (FDA).
Q: Are Nature’s snacks a meal replacement?
A: No, they do not have enough calories in them to replace a whole meal by themselves. Having a Nature’s snack with a piece of fruit or yogurt would add to the calorie content and may hold you over a bit longer.

A: They contain a very low amount of sodium 1-14 mg per serving. The recommended sodium intake per day for healthy individuals is maximum 2400mg.
Q: Can you eat nature’s snacks if you are allergic to nuts or Soya?
A: No, all nature’s product may contain traces of nuts or Soya.
Q: Are Nature’s snacks kosher?
A: Yes, nature’s snacks are certified Kosher Parve. There are no dairy ingredients in our products and no ingredients derived from animals.
